Hanukkah this year was a wonderful occasion. The week before Hanukkah 11 young children, mainly under 5, met together to do Hanukkah crafts and hear the story, as can be seen by the picture below. They all thoroughly enjoyed it. This was organised by Caroline Kendal, but many mums and dads came too and all joined in. At the party itself the following week, where the same children, plus a few more came together, lit the candles with Daniel, played dreidl and sang songs. It was lovely to see so many young families, together with some of our older members, I think about 30 altogether, a good cross-section. Thank you to all who helped in any way.
