Victor Koenik, who is one of our members, is a qualified chi kung practitioner and he is holding a class on Tuesday evenings at 6.30 – 8pm in the Nick Simons Hall.

Chi kung is a six-thousand-year-old Chinese exercise and meditation system designed to promote health. It focuses on slow rhythmic movements combined with abdominal breathing and can be performed seated. Though standing up is preferable, anyone at any level of fitness can become a chi kung practitioner.
