In early January Marian Prinsley and Nick Simons made a presentation to the Norwich & District Funders Forum requesting grants from some 17 local charities towards the cost of our renewal project. Some of the charities represented felt we had a good cause as the project encompasses many of the key essential points required to qualify for funding grants; education, young people, disability access, local heritage and others. Indeed they encouraged us to aim higher and expand our horizons and this is why additional items were included in phase 1 and phase 2 introduced to improved our Synagogue.
