Norwich Synagogue,

Robert Saxton will talk about his work as a composer and in his own word, “it will also include some examples and a little ‘bit’ about Norfolk, as I wrote a song cycle three years ago for baritone and piano about the Norfolk coast, the last song being dedicated to Tessa and set on Scratby beach. So, I propose to mix Jewish and Norfolk elements. Both topics/areas are (as far as I am concerned) expressive of wandering and return….”
