28 October, 2018
2:00 pm
Norwich Synagogue,

The Jewish Living Experience is a Board of Deputies mobile travelling educational resource aimed primarily at school groups, enabling visitors to gain an insight into Judaism as a living faith. It will be in Norwich from 17th January to February 8th 2019—two weeks at the Norwich Cathedral and one week at the Norwich High School for Girls. This exhibition’s success depends on the Jewish volunteers who assist when schools visit to explain the items and help pupils gain hands on experience of Jewish life. Marsha is our organiser in Norwich and she is holding a meeting for those of you who already visit schools or host Synagogue visits or who would like to do so.

This meeting will be on Sunday 28th October 2018 from 2—4 pm at the Synagogue. She will explain the exhibition, give an update and explore the new Norfolk RE syllabus to be in force in 2019 and talk about the BOD Accreditation scheme.
