Some of you may of recently noticed scaffolding around the back and top of the Communal Hall. This was necessary to allow the roof over the flat to be repaired as Daniel has had to endure quite a few leaks during the back end of 2015. We have now stripped off the old roof, renewed the felt and batons and replaced all the broken tiles, so fingers crossed we should be watertight for at least another 60 years.
Repairs to the brick work on the rear wall were also undertaken whilst the scaffolding was in place.
