Cyril Shaw moved to Norwich from Leiston in Suffolk in 2007 when his wife died. He and his wife were both blind and had both considered moving into the Norwich Association for the Blind home in Norwich. When she died he moved on his own. He was very happy there and loved to be in Norwich, and when possible he attended Synagogue events. He passed away in January 2009, aged 87.
